Can't log on? Not sure what to do next?

If your Coach has told you he has created a Smartpro Logon for you, you should have received an email with details of how to log on. The email includes an initial password which you can change later. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk (and even your Deleted!) folder to make sure it's not there. Also, try submitting your email address on the Password Reminder screen. If you are already on the system, you will be emailed your password again. If the system can't find you, please contact your Coach to check he or she has sent you your password, and has your correct email address.

Coaches

If you've just subscribed, as well as receiving your Smartpro Order/Invoice email, you should also receive a second email, which is your Smartpro Pre-Registration Confirmation. This email contains instructions as to how to set yourself up on the system. If you did not receive this email, please check your Junk (and even your Deleted!) folder. If you can't locate it, please contact us.
