How the Online Toolkit works

As soon as you sign up for your subscription you will receive an email giving details of how to log on to the Smartpro website. Having logged on you will then be able to start creating your own Coaching Toolkit.

• Choose a Smart Sheet colourway to complement your logo
• Upload your logo - can be personal, club or academy
• Create your own Coach Profile page (your players will be able to view this) - add a photo of yourself, add a mini CV, add news, notices and shop promotions, add recommended practitioners
• Download the User Guide
• Add players individually or bulk upload players (contact Smartpro for bulk upload spreadsheet) and start creating your player portfolios.
• Sort players into groups (you name them yourself!) for easy correspondence

You are ready to start benefitting from using this fabulous resource.

• Add players on or before their first lesson
• Email correspondence or marketing information to individuals, groups or even all your players!
• Give players their own log on so they can view your profile page and their Smart Sheets (but only the ones you allow them to see!)
• Share information - If a player has two coaches who both use the Smartpro Toolkit you can allow the other coach to view the Smart Sheets too!
• Print out some of the Player Resources and Practice Challenges - you will never be short of coaching ideas again!
